Cattle from our US meat suppliers are kept on pasture for most of the year. Here they can develop healthily - without the addition of hormones or medication - as part of the US government's "Non-Hormone Treated Cattle" program. After the grazing period, the cattle are fed with corn, which ultimately gives the beef a fine and elegant taste. CHASE Steakhouse Würzburg only uses beef that meets the two top quality levels "Prime" and "Choice".

Good food is a tradition in Spain. Juicy and tender, with an outstanding taste, many a steak or fillet gives the impression of melting in the mouth. That is why we at CHASE Steakhouse Würzburg also rely on our trusted partner in Galicia, whose cattle supply meat that meets even the highest quality standards. We consider ourselves lucky to be one of the few restaurants allowed to serve this magnificent beef.
Australia - culinary
Greetings from Down Under
We source the finest Superior Black Angus Beef from Down Under. They graze on pasture for most of the year and are fed with grain mash for around 150 to 170 days. The addition of hormones and antibiotics is deliberately avoided. Ultimately, the overall package makes for relaxed cattle and is exactly what Black Angus stands for: The finest beef, which has an unmistakable "marbling" and is unique in taste and texture.
Japan - country of origin of the world's best meat
The Japanese black cattle of the Kobe region have long been a legend. The Kobe cattle, which live exclusively here, come from a pure bloodline. Their meat is considered the most expensive in the world. Wagyu cattle, which are also descended from Japanese black cattle but can also count other black cattle among their ancestors, also come from Kobe. The Wagyu cattle are also allowed to grow up outside the Kobe region. Wagyu Kobe Beef and Kobe Beef offer a level of quality that no other type of meat can match.
