Wine is delicious.....no question....
But now we are already at the things that remain as questions.
Which wine? From where? How old? Which vine? How expensive?
So!
Most people switch off here at some point, and rightly so.
We have therefore decided to simplify this selection for our guests in a good, long-established way.
With "ability" and "knowledge". We know our wines and we have selected them for every taste. We have what your heart desires and we have it in the best possible way. Sometimes decanted, sometimes not. Sometimes in a large glass, sometimes in a small one and sometimes simply not.
Yes, that's right.... we simply don't sell you some wines because they are so rare and still so young that it would be a sin.
"Then why are you writing it on the card.....?" you ask?
So that you know that we have the wine and at some point you will come across it somewhere and you will remember it and then you will think of us and know:
"If I ever want to try it, I'll go to Chase Steakhouse, because they have the best wines in the world and they are always open. Also to try."
So...and now let yourself be seduced.

Please understand that due to the design and interior of the location and the directly connected CHASE Bar, no guests under the age of 10 can be received. In the neighboring restaurant Backöfele we warmly welcome our younger guests.
Note:
Please note that your reservation from e.g. 18:00-20:00 means that you will arrive at 18:00 and we will probably need your table again at 20:00 for the next guests. There is a time limit of 2 hours.
