Our Beef Tasting - What you can expect from the steak tasting

Look forward to a very special steak tasting! At eat the meat, you can taste the best meats in the world in one place. Evening. An event for all steak lovers and those who want to become one. Together we embark on a journey of pure meat flavor: from the USA to South America and Australia. You don't have to be a meat expert to do this - on the contrary. The main aim of eat the meat is to have fun and discover the differences in taste between the different types of steak.

Cost: 75.00 EUR/p.p. - Water and red wine included

The course of our steak tasting

We start the evening together with you in the adjacent Chase Bar - with a welcome sparkling wine, of course - and begin the evening with a short introduction to steakology before moving to your tables in the Chase Steakhouse. Of course, we can't talk about meat without tasting it. Because the name says it all. One after the other, we taste some of the best steaks in the world together, and of course we continue to improve. This is the best way to compare the subtle nuances of flavor. At the end of the evening, you can answer the question for yourself: "Which steak tastes best?"

We also serve the right drinks to go with the meat. Naturally, our monochrome wine accompaniment is perfectly matched to the Beef Tasting. Water is also available for you at the table.

The menu: Meat tasting at a high level

Meat varieties such as American USDA Prime Beef and Argentinian Black Angus are not to be missed during a meat tasting. And of course we have a surprise or two in store for you.

Before each tasting step, we provide information about the steak - its origin, preparation and the flavor nuances you can look forward to. Freshly filleted before your eyes, you can now taste the meat.

With a limited number of 24 participants, we keep the group small enough to be able to answer all questions personally.

Approach

The Chase Steakhouse is located in the heart of Würzburg and can be easily reached by car or public transport. The Marktgarge is only a few minutes' walk from us. The streetcar (lines 1, 3, 4, 5) stops virtually on the doorstep. So our tip: just leave your car at home and enjoy more of our delicious wine instead.
