We don't have part-time work. We don't have the usual talk from the restaurant industry: "Overtime shows your will". It's all nonsense!
We do our job and we do it at every post.

The special thing about us is that we work in a shift system that covers the preparation in the morning from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and then does the lunch service with the 12 noon service. In the afternoon, these employees (8 a.m. service and 12 p.m. service) prepare the evening service. The 3 p.m./5 p.m. service then comes in for the evening service and only has to "send". In this way, the overtime from the long shifts is reduced in the short shifts and everyone is happy and no one is tortured.

The system stands or falls on the fact that everyone can do everything. There is no obligation to do so and of course everyone can have their favorite job, but by and large everyone should be able to do everything.
Imagine: Before your days off, you're on early shift and finish at 3:00 or 5:00 pm and after your days off, you're on late shift... you notice. Good, right?
