Wine is delicious... no question…
And yet it's often the same questions:
Which wine? Where is it from? How old is it? Which grape variety? And what does it cost?
This is exactly where many people switch off. And rightly so.
That's why we set out to make the choice easier for our guests, in a proven, timeless way.
With skill and knowledge.
We know our wines. And we choose them with care, for different tastes, moods and moments. Some show their best when decanted, others need no decanting at all. Sometimes they belong in a large glass, sometimes in a small one. And sometimes they simply don't suit the moment.
Yes, that's right: there are some wines we deliberately don't serve.
Because they are rare. Because they are still young. And because it would simply be a shame.
"Then why are they on the list at all?"
Because we have them.
And because you might come across them again one day. In another place, at another time. And then you'll remember, and you'll know:
If I really want to experience this wine, I'll go to CHASE Steakhouse.

Please understand that due to the design and interior of the venue and the directly connected CHASE Bar, we are unable to welcome guests under the age of 10. At our neighboring restaurant Backöfele we warmly welcome our younger guests.
Note:
Please note that your reservation from e.g. 18:00-20:00 means that you will arrive at 18:00 and we will probably need your table again at 20:00 for the next guests. There is a time limit of 2 hours.
